If I find a home design on another builders website, can you build it for me?
Due to copyright laws, we are not able to use another builder’s design, but we are happy to help you find something similar in one of our innovative home design ranges.
Can we customise one of your home designs?
Yes. All of our home designs offer modern, stylish and functional layouts, and we are more than happy to work with you to modify them to suit your exact needs.
Do you build split level homes?
Yes. We have a great range of homes that are suitable for sloping blocks.
Do you incorporate feng shui into your designs?
We understand that your home is a reflection of your unique style. This includes incorporating designated design principles such as feng shui. Contact your Sales Consultant for more information on how we can help you achieve your specific needs and goals.
What are ‘standard inclusions’?
Standard inclusions are fixtures and finishes that are included in the price of your new home. Any of our standard inclusions can be upgraded or changed according to your style and budget. Visit our Inspire Gallery for more information on what’s available to you.
What is your maintenance period?
We have a 12 month warranty defect period from date of practical completion.
How do I lodge a maintenance issue?
Any issues that may arise within your 12 month builders warranty can be lodged with our Maintenance department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take for my maintenance issue to be fixed?
Any urgent issues will be reviewed and responded to within 1-5 business days relevant to the urgency of the issue. Any cosmetic issues will be addressed within your 12 month Warranty period.
What happens if I have a maintenance issue but I am outside of the maintenance period?
Any builder defects must be reported within the first 12 months of occupancy in line with the Builders Warranty.
If your maintenance issue is with a manufacturer, you should apply directly to the manufacturer. You may still fall within the manufacturer warranty conditions.
Any structural issues that may arise will be actioned in due course.

Warranties & Guarantees
Do you have a structural guarantee?
Yes. All of our homes come with a lifetime structural guarantee.
Do you have a guarantee on appliances and non-structural home features?
Each of our suppliers for appliances and non-structural home features provide their own levels of warranties and guarantees. The terms for each supplier may differ.
If you have a maintenance request on any of your appliances or non-structural home features, contact the relevant manufacturer directly. If you are not sure who the manufacturer is, email our maintenance department at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in finding this information.
Do you supply finance?
Privium Homes does not provide finance. We work with experienced, specialised Brokers who thoroughly understand lending requirements for low deposit customers. We are confident that they are able to find the best fit between lenders and buyers depending on your situation.
Does it cost more to buy with a low deposit?
No. How much you spend on a home has many attributing factors, such as the area you choose to build in. It comes down to your borrowing capacity and your location choice.
How much deposit do I need?
You will need a minimum deposit of approximately $5,000 to qualify for deposit support.
What if I have bad credit?
If you don’t have a great credit history, one of the qualified brokers from our network can provide guidance on the best steps to improve your credit score.
Do I need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to receive Low Deposit Support?
Your eligibility for low deposit support depends on your financial situation and the level of support you are looking for.
Some of our low deposit support includes available government grants. You must meet the eligibility criteria for these grants in order to receive them, which may include being an Australian citizen or resident.
How do I find out if a I qualify for low deposit support?

Is my enquiry for low deposit support considered a formal credit application?
No. When you make an enquiry for low deposit support, our first step is to assess your situation and provide you with an indication of the support available to you.
When you are ready to formally apply for finance, this will need to be done through your broker or through your bank. We have a trusted network of experience, specialised brokers that assist many of our customers with low deposit support. If you would like to be put in touch with a broker, then we would be happy to refer you.
