Does it cost more to buy with a low deposit?
No, it does not cost any more to buy with a low deposit. How much you spend on a home has many attributing factors, like the area you chose to build in. It all comes down to your capacity to borrow and your choice of location.
Do I need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to qualify?
To be able to receive the First Home Owners Grant, you must be a citizen or resident.
Why does my rental history matter?
A good rental history shows the banks that you can commit to paying rent, similar to a mortgage.
What if I have bad credit?
If you don't have great credit history, there are ways you can look into improving your credit. One of our qualified brokers from our network can help you. If your credit requires more than a quick fix, the brokers will give you the best guidance in what steps to take to improve your score
How much deposit do I need?
You only need as little as $5,000 for the low deposit program.
What are the requirements to qualify for a loan?
There are many factors that contribute to qualifying for a loan. Privium do not provide advice on this, however, we are only to happy to refer you to one of our Finance Referral Partners who will help you through this process.
How do I find out if I qualify for the Low Deposit Program?
If you fill in an enquiry on our website, our team will assess the information you provide and will contact you about your enquiry. We will never provide your information to any party without your permission first.
Do you supply finance?
Privium Homes does not provide finance. We work with experienced Brokers that we know and trust and our New Home Consultants will introduce you to a broker who best suits your needs.

I am still in my maintenance period with Integra Homes or Canvas Designer Homes, what does this mean for me?
This update will not impact your maintenance period at all. We will continue to take care of you for the full 12 months of your maintenance period as per your contract. If you have any maintenance issues, please direct them through to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am currently building with Integra Homes or Canvas Designer Homes, what does this update mean for me?
This update will not impact your build at all. There has not been any change in company ownership, just a change of name. Your home will continue to be built as per your signed contract. Additionally, there has been no changes to our teams or team members. If you are being taken care of by a New Home Consultant, a Customer Care Officer and/or a Site Manager, these team members will continue to care for you and guide you through the home building journey.
Did Integra Homes and Canvas Designer Homes get taken over or bought out?
No. Our company is still owned and run by Robert Harder, James Harder, Andrew Clement, Neil Wormwell and Don Wormwell along with our board members, executive team and management team. We simply felt that it was time to refresh our brand and align our existing home building brands to better service our clients.
Can you build on land with a slope?
We have a number of split level designs that are suited to blocks with slope.
Can you build on land that does not have services?
We can. In areas that do not have access to town water or sewerage, we provide water tanks and septic systems that meet the requirements of the area.
Can I select my own land?
Absolutely, but if you don't want the hassle or are unsure what you are looking for, your New Home Consultant can source the land for you. We have solid relationships with a number of developers, so there is no pressure or requirement for you to select your land. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we will do the rest.

Can I view the inclusions in person before making my decision?
You can. Please contact us to make an appointment with one of our New Home Consultants. You can see exactly you get in our Packages, without the bells and whistles you see walking through other display homes.
Can I supply my own materials if your suppliers do not have the item I want?
Absolutely, if you would prefer to provide an item to replace from our standard range, speak with your consultant during your consultation and they will explain how we can make this happen.
Can I upgrade my inclusions?
Upgrades to the standard inclusions are available. Do you love to cook? You can upgrade your oven and cooktop from 60cm to 90cm.
What are the differences between the Integra and Canvas Series?
The Integra Series is our first home buyer product. A great start for our First Home Buyer market who are ready to dip their toes into the property game.
The Canvas Series is a product that best suits those looking to build their second home and are wanting to move to the next level of property ownership.
What does fixed price mean?
Fixed Price means you pay no more than the contract price. You will not be met with surprise invoices at the end of construction, you pay the same amount as the day you signed your contract.
What is a Full Turn Key Package?
A Full Turn Key Package means that we take care of it all for you. From landscaping and driveways to window and floor coverings. We include everything right down to the kitchen sink. All you need to worry about is making your house a home with your own personal touches.
Why can’t I find my home design on INK?
INK is currently available for our Canvas Series only.
If I find a home design on another builders website, can you build it for me?
Due to copyright laws, we are not able to use another builders design, but we will have a design in our range that offers the same characteristics that you are looking for.
Are you able to build a fully custom home?
We have a diverse range of home designs that can be customised. If you are bringing a custom design to us, one of our New Home Consultants will be able to help guide you through this process.
Can I make changes to the layout of my home design?
We offer the ability to make changes to the layout of the property.
What happens if I have a maintenance issue but I am outside of the maintenance period?
Any builders defects must be reported within the first 12 months of occupancy in line with the Builders Warranty. If your maintenance issue is with a manufacturer you may apply directly to the manufacturer as you may still fall within the manufacturer Warranty conditions. Any structural issues that may arise will be actioned in due course, if you are unsure which category your issue falls into, please email the maintenance team at email@example.com for assistance.
How long will it take for my maintenance issue to be fixed?
Any urgent issues will be reviewed and responded to within 1-5 business days relevant to the urgency of the issue. Any cosmetic issues will be addressed within your 12 month Warranty period.
How do I lodge a maintenance issue?
Any issues that may arise within your 12 month builders warranty can be lodged with our Maintenance department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org You can refer to the booklet in your handover folder.
