Over a 20-year career in business ranging from commodity trading and logistics, property development and private financing, Neil Wormwell brings a wealth of knowledge to the Impact Group AUS team. Neil was a Partner, Managing Director and Head Trader of a highly successful commodity trading and logistics company.
Neil then became a property developer and private financier before joining Impact Homes in 2009 as a partner and Business Development Manager where his expertise in land development has allowed him to focus on market analysis and investment research to ensure Impact Group AUS is investing in areas with strong capital growth.

Robert Harder built and sold his first home in 1993 and as a licensed builder his reputation for building high quality and competitively priced homes led to the development of Impact Homes and has since grown to become Impact Group AUS – one of the leading building companies in South East Queensland.
Rob prides himself on his grassroots as a tradesman and has worked in almost every aspect of the company from maintenance through to CEO. One of Rob’s most notable achievements is the design and development of the exclusive iHub software program, which has set a new benchmark in home construction and customer service.
Director, Business Development Manager
Upon joining Impact Group AUS as a Director in 2009, Don Wormwell has successfully increased the market awareness of the ever growing brand. Don is dedicated to building long-term relationships with both marketers and customers within the housing and land development industries.
Don began his career as a diesel mechanic in 1986 and has since worked in steel fabrication, as a commodity trader and also in land development, which has given him the skill and experience to advise and support his customers. Don has a Real Estate Sales Licence and has been involved with various aspects of the company including, landscaping and the finishes touches of the build process. His professionalism and experience ensure he upholds the Impact Group AUS philosophy of delivering high quality and competitively priced modern homes.
Director, National Trade Procurement Manager
As one of the founders of Impact Group AUS, Andrew Clement started building spec homes with Robert Harder in 1996. He comes from a background in carpentry and joinery, engineering, concreting, and building. Andrew is a national HIA member and also holds Building Licenses within Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
Andrew is dedicated to managing the construction of each home that Impact Group crafts. His extensive building experience and the ongoing review of key building and management processes has attributed to the success of Impact Group AUS.
Director, Procurement Manager
James Harder’s career in the building industry began in 1990 when he completed his carpentry and joinery apprenticeship. During that time, he won an esteemed apprentice award and placed third in a work skills competition. He also achieved his welding certificate and supervisor certificate.
Upon completion of his apprenticeship, James was promoted to workshop foreman at Timberland Kitchen. Between 1990-1994 he held various supervisory roles in the concrete industry working on commercial projects, such as high rises and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.
In 2004 he joined Impact Group AUS Homes as a board member and estimator. As a board member for one of the most respected and trusted builders in Queensland, James takes great pride in his work and upholds Impact’s commitment to delivering an honest, reliable, high quality and competitively priced home from a fixed price investment to a well-designed modern home.

Our beginnings are as a part of Privium Group (formerly Impact Group AUS) which was founded in 1996 with the vision to become Australia’s leading supplier of residential housing. From our humble beginnings, we have built over 6,500 homes across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales for individuals, couples and families of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds.
Today Privium Group exists as a vertically integrated business with services from development through to property management, as well as providing software innovation.
In the 2018 financial year, we were responsible for over 1,525 site starts, which equates to 29+ homes per week; and for the third consecutive year, Privium Group has been awarded Queensland’s Largest Residential detached home builder and number 8 national by the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
Our focus on creating community from a grass-roots level has ensured our ongoing success over 23 years and set a firm foundations for an even stronger future.
